  • 600 gr pork loin
  • 1 red pepper
  • 4 spring onions
  • 500 gr panko or other breadcrumbs

  • 100 ml soy sauce

  • 200 ml tomato sauce
  • 50 ml rice vinegar
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • How to prepare Kushi-Katsu pork:

    1. Make a sauce by mixing the wine with the soy sauce, vinegar and tomato sauce. Grate the garlic cloves and add together with the sugar. Stir and bring to a gentle heat until reduced. Book.
    2. Cut the pork loin into thin fillets. Cut each steak in half and roll.
    3. Cut the pepper in half, remove the seeds, cut the pulp into large pieces and the spring onion the same size as pork rolls.
    4. Place three rolls in a skewer, alternated with two pieces of pepper and chives.
