  • 1 cup of white wine
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • How to prepare rabbit fricasé with mushrooms:

    1. Chop the rabbit (get the rabbit better with garlic, because it will have more meat). Salpimentarlo and reserve.Fricasé rabbit with mushrooms

    11. Correct the salt point, pick up the bay leaf, the thyme, the rosemary and the mushrooms.
    12. Continue to cook for 30 minutes on low heat or until the rabbit is soft.

    If the rabbit is still hard, you can add a little more water and boil for another 15 minutes, correcting the salt point.
